[the village and country your character is originally from and where they live now]

[Include description of any abilities or bloodline limits your character holds]

[Include detailed history of your character's past. There is no requirement of having a written history if you choose to play a Genin or Academy student. So Just don't fill out anything if you don't want to. But for each rank beyond Genin, you must have at least 3 paragraphs of well written history.]
